Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions professionally through the assigned process/channel.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and assistance.
Resolve customer queries and concerns within the defined process guidelines.
Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
Accurately record customer interactions, requests and relevant information in the system.
Follow company policies, process guidelines and quality standards.
Meet assigned productivity, quality and customer satisfaction targets .
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.
Work effectively with team members and support day-to-day process requirements.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and adherence to company compliance standards.

Customer-focused and professional approach
Basic computer knowledge and comfortable working on multiple systems
Ability to work in rotational shifts
