Job Description :Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and TypeScript/JavaScript.- Automate web applications built using Angular and other modern JavaScript frameworks.- Design and maintain reusable automation frameworks using the Page Object Model (POM).- Convert manual test cases into reliable, maintainable automated test scripts.- Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.- Develop and execute test scenarios, identify defects, and track them through resolution.- Work with browser DevTools, DOM inspection, locators, waits, assertions, and dynamic web elements.- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines where required.- Collaborate with developers, business analysts,



and QA teams to improve product quality.- Troubleshoot automation failures and continuously improve test coverage and execution efficiency.Required Skills & Experience :- 5 - 8 years of overall experience in software QA and testing.- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright using TypeScript or JavaScript.- Experience automating Angular-based web applications or other modern JavaScript applications.- Strong understanding of automation framework design and the Page Object Model (POM).- Proven experience converting manual test cases into automated scripts.- Experience in functional testing, regression testing, test design, execution, and defect management.- Good understanding of DOM structures, browser DevTools, locators, waits, assertions, and dynamic elements.- Working knowledge of Git or similar version control systems.- Robust analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Preferred Candidate Profile :- Ability to build scalable and maintainable automation frameworks.- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days preferred (ref:hirist.tech)
