Project Coordinator For NGO
Key responsibilities:

1. Your responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to:
2. Coordinating the overall field implementation of the Punjab Cancer Awareness
3. Mission in 850+ schools in Ludhiana.
4. Coordinating with Government Schools, school authorities, teachers, and designated programme personnel.
5. Supporting the planning and scheduling of school-level awareness sessions.
6. Coordinating the Student/Cancer Awareness Ambassador Programme.
7. Ensuring that programme activities are conducted according to approved plans, schedules, and protocols.
8. Maintaining regular communication with the project team and relevant stakeholders.
9. Coordinating programme teams, volunteers, trainers, and field personnel as assigned.
10. Implementation of awareness sessions in schools/sections from class 9th to class 12th.
11. Ensuring proper collection and maintenance of programme data.
12. Maintaining digital records of student participation, attendance, and programme activities.
13. Ensuring timely uploading of attendance and photographic documentation through the designated digital reporting system/Google Forms.
14. Coordinating baseline and final assessments and ensuring proper documentation of assessment results.
15. Preparing school-wise and consolidated progress reports.
16. Identifying implementation challenges and escalating them to the appropriate authority promptly.
17. Maintaining proper documentation of meetings, school visits, activities, photographs, and other project records.
18. Supporting impact assessment,



project evaluation and final reporting.
19. Assisting in the preparation of reports required for VerVida Foundation, government authorities, CSR partners, and other stakeholders.
20. Assisting in VerVida's ProspeX Program, if required and helping in getting the CSR for both of the projects.
21. Collecting donations for the welfare part of the students' future security and also assisting them with future referral support.
22. Undertaking field visits and any other duties reasonably related to successful implementation of the project. Skill(s) required

Coordination Effective Communication Interpersonal skills Punjabi Proficiency (Spoken) Report Writing
