Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Navi Mumbai. The Physiotherapist will assess patients through detailed histories, physical examinations, and functional evaluations, then design individualized treatment plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, and other evidence-based interventions, as well as monitoring progress and adjusting treatment as needed. The Physiotherapist will maintain accurate clinical documentation,



coordinate with other healthcare professionals when necessary, and support clinic operations such as scheduling, follow-ups, and quality-of-care initiatives.

Relevant clinical education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution; Core physiotherapy skills: Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and pathology; Competence in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, electrotherapy modalities, pain management strategies, and rehabilitation program progression.

Professional qualities: Strong clinical reasoning, attention to detail, ethical practice, time management, and ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Experience with clinical documentation, basic computer literacy, and willingness to learn clinic management or electronic record systems.

Preferred experience: Prior work in outpatient clinics, hospitals, or sports rehab settings; experience with post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain management, or geriatric physiotherapy is an advantage.
