The brand specializes in crochet flowers, plushies, gifting accessories, and curated hamper additions that make occasions more personal and memorable. Knotsnco collaborates with a growing community of over 100 grandmothers and aunties, who handcraft each product with care and skill. Role Description The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations at Knotsnco's in office location in Surat in a full-time capacity. This role includes managing the sales floor, supervising store staff, ensuring product displays are aligned with brand standards, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all customers. The Store Manager will handle inventory control, cash management,



and basic reporting, while monitoring stock levels and coordinating with relevant teams for replenishment. The Store Manager will also implement store policies, support loss prevention efforts, and contribute to local marketing or promotional activities as needed.

Experience in Store Management, including day-to-day operations and team supervision.

Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to protect inventory and ensure compliance.

Prior experience in retail, gifting, or handcrafted products is preferred.

Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative, community-oriented mindset.
