This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Nashik, with some flexibility for work from home. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities for technology and IT-related roles. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, maintaining a strong candidate pipeline through multiple channels, and ensuring a smooth and skilled candidate experience.

The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, preparing job descriptions,



managing recruitment-related documentation, and providing data-driven insights on hiring trends and market conditions. The specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams to meet staffing timelines while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Ability to manage full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and selection.
Experience with interviewing processes and coordinating structured, fair, and consistent interviews.
Skills in hiring and employer branding to attract and retain qualified talent.
Familiarity with IT roles, technology stacks, and current trends in the IT talent market.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in agency or in-house recruitment, preferably within IT or technology-focused environments.
