Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) is the service that lets sellers worldwide leverage Amazon's world-class logistics infrastructure — storage, fulfillment, delivery, returns — as a service. Sellers from Fortune 50 companies to hundreds of thousands of small businesses in 135+ countries rely on FBA to grow and thrive. Heavy and bulky goods, high-value electronics, multi-box furniture, and commercial B2B products represent hundreds of billions in addressable market — categories where customers and sellers want FBA but where seller economics, fulfillment architecture, and trust barriers have prevented adoption. We are building a team dedicated to solving these category-level structural barriers — redesigning fee architectures, building new fulfillment capabilities, closing cost-to-serve gaps against 3PLs, and earning seller trust at price points where every defect matters. We operate with startup intensity inside Amazon — small teams, fast cycles, and the freedom to invent.
