About the job
We are looking for energetic and confident individuals to join our Business Development team and build their career in B2B Technology Sales.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Connect with potential business clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
2. Handle inbound leads and identify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
3. Reach out to key decision-makers such as CEOs, CTOs, VPs, Founders, and Engineering Leaders.
4. Understand prospective clients' business and technology requirements.
5. Qualify leads based on their requirements, business potential, and suitability.
6. Schedule meetings and product/service discussions for the sales team.
7. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and build professional relationships.
8. Work closely with Account Executives and other internal teams to move qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline.
9. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities.
10. Contribute towards achieving individual and team business development targets.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Confidence in speaking with professionals and senior-level decision-makers.
5. Comfortable with calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and regular follow-ups.
6. Strong learning attitude, ownership, and a target-oriented mindset.
7. Interest in technology, B2B sales, SaaS, IT services, or the software industry will be an advantage.
8. Candidate should be available to join immediately
9. Candidate must be available to attend the face-to-face interview for Noida location.
