Role Description The Customer Relations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with customers, including responding to inquiries, providing project information, and guiding potential buyers through the property selection and booking process. The Customer Relations Manager will handle customer concerns, coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams to resolve issues, and ensure accurate documentation and follow-up on commitments. The role also involves maintaining customer databases, tracking feedback,



preparing basic reports on customer satisfaction trends, and supporting customer engagement initiatives such as site visits and project presentations. The individual will work closely with management to improve service standards and uphold the company's reputation for reliability and professionalism.

Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.

Basic sales support and negotiation capabilities to assist customers in decision-making and coordinate with the sales team.

Comfort with using office productivity tools and customer databases; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, banking, or other customer-facing sectors is preferred but not mandatory.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is desirable; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
