The Ethereal Agency is a full-service marketing and branding firm working with founders and brands across Canada, the United States and the UAE. Our principle is simple: we create brands, not ads. We treat a brand as a long-term asset, built through strategy, identity, language and experience, not through short-term campaigns.

It is a standing invitation to people who can think and make: marketers who move easily between strategy, design, language and technology, and who see AI as a way to raise their thinking, not replace it.

If you have deep expertise in one discipline and real fluency in the ones around it (a T-shaped profile, or what LinkedIn calls a 'skill stacker'), we want to hear from you. Location: Remote, anywhere in India
Experience: Mid to senior level (3+ years preferred)
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and the depth of your work

Develop brand strategy, positioning and narrative from first principles




Create content and campaigns built on visual storytelling, social media branding and community engagement
Design and run AI-assisted workflows using prompt engineering and workflow automation to raise the speed and quality of the work
Make sure brands can be found and cited in AI-driven search (answer engine optimisation, or AEO), not only in traditional search
Use performance analysis to judge what is working and act on it
Judgment and taste: you know what is explicit, distinctive and right for a brand, and why
