About Pawsitive Pawsitive is a technology-driven pet discovery and social platform developed by FarmKranti Labs Private Limited. The platform enables pet parents to discover suitable breeding partners and playmates for their pets, connect with other pet parents, and explore opportunities within the broader pet-care ecosystem.

We are looking for a motivated, organised, and results-oriented Business Development Associate to support our growth through user acquisition, service-provider onboarding, strategic partnerships, and market development.

User Acquisition and Community Development

Identify and engage prospective users through targeted outreach, community engagement, and online and offline initiatives.

Build relationships with pet-parent communities, clubs, and relevant local networks.

Identify, approach, and onboard veterinarians, pet groomers, dog walkers, trainers, breeders, and other relevant pet-care service providers.

Expand and maintain a network of service providers to strengthen the platform's ecosystem.

Strategic Partnerships and Business Development

Identify and develop partnerships with pet-care businesses, brands, influencers, NGOs, and other relevant stakeholders.





Explore new business opportunities to strengthen market presence and support sustainable growth.

Maintain structured databases of prospective users, service providers, and business partners.

Track outreach activities, lead conversion, onboarding progress, and key performance indicators.

Confidence in professional outreach, networking, and follow-up.

Basic proficiency in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools.

An interest in business development, sales, partnerships, technology startups, or the pet-care industry.

Willingness to work full time from our Kolkata office.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in business development, sales, marketing, customer acquisition, or partnership management will be an added advantage.

Hands-on exposure to startup operations and business growth initiatives.

Practical experience in user acquisition, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem development.
