About the Company:

Allied Spectrum LLP is building a customer-focused rooftop solar business and is looking for a proactive consultant to contribute directly to its growth. The role offers close collaboration with the founder, practical support, and the prospect to take ownership of a client pipeline while helping customers adopt rooftop solar solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Make sales calls to leads and clients provided by the company.
- Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers through to closure.
- Coordinate with the electricity department on net metering, documentation, and approvals for rooftop solar installations.
- Visit customers for scheduled site discussions and meetings.
- Build long-term client relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Manage the sales pipeline independently and use available leads and founder support effectively.

Requirements:

- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of outcomes and a smart, prioritised approach to work.




- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers on calls and in person.
- Comfort with field visits and client-facing discussions.
- Ability to ride a scooter or motorcycle; owning a vehicle is preferred.
- Prior experience in sales, solar, or a related field is an advantage, while a strong attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.
- Applicants should be comfortable working in a full-time, on-site role in Bangalore. Female candidates are preferred.

The position offers a fixed salary of ₹20,000 per month, along with performance-based sales incentives of approximately ₹10,000–₹20,000 per month. Strong performers may earn total monthly compensation of up to ₹30,000–₹40,000. The successful consultant will work directly with the founder, receive support in developing the client pipeline, and have scope to grow into a larger role as the business expands.
