Job Description We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive who can manage both business development and marketing activities.

This hybrid role involves identifying potential clients, generating sales opportunities, supporting marketing campaigns, promoting Waweon's services, and converting leads into successful business relationships.

The ideal candidate combines robust sales skills with practical knowledge of marketing, digital platforms, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

Identify potential clients through field visits, digital channels, business networks, and referrals.

Generate qualified leads for creative, print, marketing, development, AI, media, and business support services.

Present proposals, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into confirmed projects.

Develop relationships with local businesses, SMEs, startups, and corporate clients.

Achieve assigned sales targets.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

Plan and support marketing initiatives to increase Waweon's visibility and generate inquiries.

Coordinate social media campaigns, digital promotions,



and marketing activities.

Support content planning, campaign briefs, promotional materials, and sales collateral.

Coordinate with designers, developers, and content teams to execute marketing campaigns.

Support Google Business Profile activities, email marketing, and local advertising campaigns.

Assist with events, exhibitions, networking, and promotional activities.

Monitor marketing performance, lead quality, and conversion results.

Support the development of new service packages and business proposals.

Coordinate between customers, creative teams, technical teams, and production partners.

Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and marketing performance updates.

Recommend opportunities to improve lead generation and customer acquisition.

Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a combination of these functions.

Working knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and local marketing activities.

Ability to meet clients in person and communicate through digital channels.

Understanding of design, printing, advertising, technology, or agency services is preferred.

Proficiency in Malayalam and English.

Creative thinking, ownership, and a results-oriented mindset.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred. Relevant experience in a creative agency, digital marketing company, advertising firm, or service-based organization is an advantage.
