Role Description The Sales Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves Calling clients, understanding their wellness needs, and recommending appropriate Reaviva services and packages. The Sales Associate will manage inquiries in person and via phone or digital channels,Multiple data conduct consultations to explain offerings,



and guide clients through booking and payment processes. The role also includes collaborating with the wellness team to ensure a consistent client experience, providing product and service information, and meeting individual and team sales targets.

Client relationship and sales skills, including consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling to match services with client needs.
Comfort with using point-of-sale systems, maintaining client databases, and working with digital tools for follow-ups and reporting.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor, and collaborate effectively with clinical and wellness staff.
Previous experience in retail, spa, clinic, or wellness-center sales is preferred but not mandatory.
a degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or health-related fields is an advantage.
