Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to support the PMO / Project Management team in planning, tracking, coordinating, documenting, and reporting project activities. The candidate will work on cross-functional fintech initiatives and coordinate with Business, Technology, Operations, and other internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Support project planning, tracking, and coordination across Business, Technology, Operations, and other departments.
Use AI tools to improve and optimize daily tasks and project management processes.
Maintain project plans, milestone trackers, action logs, risk registers, and issue trackers.
Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), project status reports, MIS, and basic dashboards using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Follow up with stakeholders on pending tasks, deliverables, dependencies, and required inputs.
Identify project delays, risks, and issues and escalate them to the Project Manager when required.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release readiness, change tracking, and project documentation.
Maintain organized, accurate,



and version-controlled project documents.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Identify opportunities to improve project processes, documentation, and reporting.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of project management concepts and processes.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of AI tools and their practical application in improving work efficiency.
Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Positive organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of fintech processes and technology is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any relevant discipline; MBA / PGDM in Management preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project management, PMO, or a similar role.
- Candidates with exposure to fintech processes, technology projects, UAT, and MIS reporting will be preferred.
