Employment Type: Full time
Prepare and cook delicious, high-quality dishes as per the resort's menu.
Specialize in Indian cuisine, Bengali cuisine, and seafood preparations.
Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
Ensure proper food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and safety standards.
Manage kitchen ingredients, stock, and minimize food wastage.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Previous experience as a restaurant chef or cook is preferred.
Knowledge of Indian, Bengali, and seafood cuisine will be an advantage.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and work efficiently in a busy kitchen.
