Role Description The Barista at The Dressing Room is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages, as well as light food items according to established recipes and presentation standards. Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, taking orders, operating coffee machines and related equipment, maintaining cleanliness of the service area, and ensuring accurate cash handling or point-of-sale transactions. The role involves coordinating with team members to restock supplies,



follow food safety and hygiene guidelines, and support a smooth flow of service during peak hours. The Barista is expected to provide friendly, efficient customer service and help create a welcoming environment for all guests.

Hands-on Barista experience with making espresso-based drinks, brewing coffee, and operating café equipment.

Basic Food Preparation skills, with an understanding of food safety, hygiene, and handling procedures.

Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
