Responsibilities

- Stage and show properties for rent / buying
- Advertise and market living spaces/workspaces
- Finds and reaches out to new prospects
- Discover clients' criteria and find spaces that fit their criteria
- Negotiate the rent/sale prices and close deal with client

What we look for

- 1-2 years' of sales/marketing experience preferred / Fresher also welcome
- Self-motivated, Focused and Goal-oriented
- Willing to work on commission structure
- Full time associates
- Strong communication skills
- Networking with the team
