About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities for QuickLearn across corporate, training, and education segments.
2. Build a pipeline of prospective customers through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, referrals, and field visits.
3. Arrange meetings with HR heads, L&D; managers, training managers, school management, college administrators, and other decision-makers.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and explain the value of QuickLearn to prospective customers.
5. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable subscription plans.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with the internal team.

1. Negotiate with prospects, follow up on opportunities, and convert leads into paying customers.
2. Promote annual software subscriptions and develop opportunities for renewals and account expansion.
3. Maintain an updated sales pipeline, meeting records, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
4. Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
5. 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, business development, or software sales. Skill(s) required
