Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with strong AI/ML expertise to drive advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI-led innovation across business functions. The role will focus on developing scalable machine learning solutions, leveraging structured and unstructured data, and delivering actionable insights to enable data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for predictive and prescriptive analytics- Build models for Risk modeling, Customer segmentation, Forecasting and optimization- Explore large datasets to extract patterns, trends, and insights- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering- Work with structured and unstructured data (text, images,



etc.)- Develop and implement AI-driven solutions and use cases- Integrate models into production environments using APIs or pipelines- Exposure of model deployment (MLOps)- Hands on Experience on Agentic AI workflows would be plus.Technical Skills :Robust proficiency in :- Python / R- SQLExpertise in :- Scikit-learn- TensorFlow / PyTorch- Model development lifecycle (end-to-end)- Feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning- Model evaluation metrics- NLP- Deep learning models- Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering)- MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML, etc.)- Agentic Workflow (Nice to Have)Data visualization tools :- Power BI / Tableau / Matplotlib / Seaborn (ref:hirist.tech)
