The Site Supervisor will be responsible for regularly visiting the construction site and supervising daily activities to ensure that all work is progressing according to the planned schedule. The role involves monitoring the use of construction materials, maintaining accurate records of materials consumed and available, and ensuring that resources are used efficiently without unnecessary wastage.

The candidate will be required to coordinate closely with the office team, providing regular updates on work progress, material requirements, labour availability,



and any issues that may affect the construction timeline. They will also be responsible for coordinating with workers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of daily site activities.

The Site Supervisor must ensure that construction work meets the required quality standards and follows the project plan. They will be expected to identify delays or operational issues promptly, communicate them to the office, and take the necessary steps to resolve them. Timely completion of assigned work, effective site management, and accountability for daily progress are essential requirements of this role.

Education: Must be a graduate from a recognised university.

Work Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of prior experience in construction site supervision or a similar supervisory role.

Language Proficiency: Decent to good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Communication Skills: Ability to coordinate effectively with the office team, contractors, workers and vendors.

Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
