Information Security Management System (ISMS)Experience : 6 - 11 YearsLocation : Electronic City, BangaloreWork Mode : Work from OfficeNotice Period : Immediate to 2 WeeksAbout the Role : ACL Digital is looking for an experienced professional to support and manage its Information Security Management System (ISMS) in line with ISO/IEC 27001 : 2022 requirements. The role involves information security risk assessments, policy development, internal and external audit coordination, certification support, and ongoing compliance monitoring.Key Responsibilities : - Support ISMS scope definition, context analysis, and identification of stakeholder requirements.- Conduct gap assessments against ISO/IEC 27001 : 2022 and support the implementation of required controls.- Facilitate information security risk assessments and develop risk treatment plans.- Develop, review, and maintain information security policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and the Statement of Applicability (SoA).- Support internal audits, management reviews, and continual improvement initiatives.- Coordinate Stage 1 and Stage 2 ISO 27001 certification audits.- Maintain ISMS documentation, records, and evidence required for audits and compliance.- Plan and coordinate internal audits, and support external, certification,



and customer audits.- Track audit findings, non-conformities, corrective actions, and closure status.- Monitor compliance with applicable contractual, statutory, and regulatory requirements.- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address security gaps and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.Required Skills and Experience : - 6 - 11 years of experience in information security, ISMS, GRC, or a related domain.- Solid understanding of ISO/IEC 27001 : 2022 requirements and ISMS implementation.- Experience conducting gap assessments and information security risk assessments.- Knowledge of risk treatment planning, security policies, procedures, and the Statement of Applicability.- Experience coordinating internal audits, external audits, and ISO 27001 certification audits.- Familiarity with audit findings, non-conformities, corrective actions, and compliance tracking.- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.Job Requirements : - Willingness to work from the office at Electronic City, Bangalore.- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 2 weeks are preferred (ref:hirist.tech)
