About the Role We're looking for a Technical Recruiter who understands technology well enough to speak credibly with engineers and data professionals, and who can run a hiring process from intake to offer. You will own end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, with a robust focus on data hiring: Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, BI Developers, and Analytics Managers.

Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Kaggle, Stack Overflow, data communities, referrals, and talent pools.

Screen candidates on technical fundamentals such as SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Spark, Airflow, dbt, Power BI/Tableau, and ML basics.

Manage the full cycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback, offer negotiation, and closing.





Maintain a strong pipeline for both urgent and future roles, including passive candidates.

Keep the ATS accurate and up to date.

Deliver a positive candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand in the data and tech community.

Work with vendors or agencies when needed and manage their performance

2-3 years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 1-2 years hiring for data or analytics roles.

- Solid understanding of the data ecosystem: how roles like Data Engineer, Data Analyst, and Data Scientist differ, and how modern data stacks fit together.
