Maintain accounts receivable records and support timely posting of invoices and receipts.
Reconcile receivable balances and investigate differences with supporting documents.
Coordinate with reservations, front office and sales on billing requirements.
Follow up on outstanding receivables respectfully in line with hotel policy.
Prepare periodic ageing reports and maintain audit-ready transaction records.
Observe financial controls,



confidentiality and accurate accounting procedures.
Skills and Experience

Finance or accounting background with accounts receivable experience.
Robust spreadsheet, reconciliation and transaction accuracy skills.
Familiarity with hotel billing processes or relevant accounting systems is beneficial.
