Remuneration: Rs 3 Lakhs to 3.5 Lakhs per Annum

Responsibilities

Develop detailed Storyboards for instructional content, activities and assessments.

Utilise Adobe captivate to design and develop interactive and multimedia rich learning modules.

Collaborate with SMEs/ Team leads to gather the required information.

Visualise instructional graphics, user interface and final product.

Collaborate with the media team to develop graphics and videos required for the e-learning modules.

Desired Skills And Experience

- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in instructional design or Education technology preferred.
- 1+ years of relevant work experience.
- Awareness of the latest L&D; theories/ frameworks and deeply familiar with SCORM, Bloom's Taxonomy.
- Demonstrate solid communication skills.
- Experience with Adobe Captivate preferred.
