Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The Relationship Manager will also engage with partners and referral channels, address customer questions and concerns, and maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems. The position requires proactive outreach, regular communication, and a strong commitment to delivering a high‑quality, customer‑centric experience in line with RivoraLoan's values.





Sales and negotiation abilities: experience in converting leads, cross‑selling relevant products, and meeting or exceeding business targets.

Financial and lending acumen: understanding of home loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and basic credit assessment.

Process and organization skills: attention to detail, efficient documentation handling, and comfort working with CRM tools and digital platforms.

Collaboration and teamwork: ability to coordinate with operations, credit, and partner teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Preferred background: prior experience in housing finance, banking, NBFCs, or related financial services; on‑ground customer‑facing experience in Mumbai market is an advantage.

Education: bachelor's degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in customer‑facing financial roles.
