Role Overview : We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Lead to join our engineering team in Kochi. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical authority, architecting robust solutions on the Salesforce platform to solve complex business challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional product teams, stakeholders, and global clients to translate high-level requirements into scalable, high-performance technical designs. By leading development efforts and mentoring junior engineers, you will directly influence the quality of our digital ecosystem, ensuring that our Salesforce implementations drive measurable business growth and provide seamless experiences for our end users.Key Responsibilities : - Architect and oversee the end-to-end development of complex Salesforce solutions to ensure alignment with long-term business objectives and technical standards.- Lead the design and implementation of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules to optimize customer lifecycle management and support workflows for our global clients.- Drive the development of custom Apex code and Lightning Web Components to extend platform functionality and deliver tailored user experiences.- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical oversight to maintain high standards of performance, security,
