Leads a team of software engineers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of platform features and services.

- Ensures engineering best practices are followed, including code reviews, testing, documentation, and DevOps standards.

- + years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficient in modern programming languages, software architecture, and development methodologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and scalable system design
- Robust leadership, team-building, and project management skills
- Impactful role in shaping and securing a global, cloud-native & AI driven platform.
