Job Description: Property Manager - PG / Co-Living
Role: Property Manager
Industry: PG Accommodation / Co-Living / Hospitality
Experience: Prior experience in PG management, co-living operations, or property management is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Property Visit Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team and sales agents to track scheduled property visits, ensure visitors are attended to properly, and maintain accurate visit records.
2. Customer Onboarding: Ensure customers who confirm their bookings are onboarded smoothly, including room allocation, documentation, payment verification, and move-in coordination.
3. Property Operations Management: Oversee daily property operations and ensure rooms, facilities, cleanliness, and essential amenities are maintained properly.
4. Customer Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and property-related issues promptly. Ensure routine issues are resolved within 24-48 hours, depending on the nature and severity of the problem. Urgent issues must be escalated and addressed immediately.
5. Resident Support and Conflict Management: Handle customer concerns, disputes, and behavioural issues professionally. Communicate with residents, understand the problem, and take appropriate action to resolve conflicts while maintaining a peaceful living environment.
6. Monthly Rent Collection:



Monitor monthly rent payments, follow up with residents before and after due dates, maintain payment records, and coordinate with the accounts team regarding outstanding payments.
7. Coordination with the Sales Team: Maintain regular communication with sales agents regarding upcoming visits, customer feedback, booking confirmations, move-in dates, and room availability.
8. Complaint Tracking and Follow-ups: Maintain a proper register or digital tracker for customer complaints, actions taken, responsible personnel, and resolution timelines. Follow up with customers to confirm that issues have been resolved.
9. Resident Relationship Management: Build positive relationships with residents, understand their concerns, and ensure a comfortable and satisfactory living experience.
10. Reporting and Documentation: Submit regular reports to management covering property visits, recent move-ins, occupancy, rent collection, pending payments, complaints, maintenance requests, and unresolved issues.

1. Accurate tracking of all property visits and their outcomes.
2. Smooth and timely customer onboarding.
3. Routine complaints resolved within 24-48 Skill(s) required

Other requirements

1. Prior Experience: Candidates with previous work experience in the PG, co-living, hospitality, or property management industry will be given preference.
2. Immediate Joiner: Candidates who are available to join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
3. Language Skills: Candidates who can speak Hindi will have an added advantage. Candidates who are proficient in both Hindi and Kannada will receive higher preference, as the role requires effective communication with residents, customers, and property staff.
