Fintech Cloud Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing organization in India's fintech and digital lending ecosystem, collaborating with multiple NBFC partners.

With a workforce of over 5,000 professionals across multiple locations, we are seeking an accomplished, strategic, and execution-driven Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead our HR transformation and build a scalable, technology-enabled human capital function.

HR Strategy & Transformation: Develop and implement enterprise-wide HR strategies, policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks aligned with business expansion.

- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Build a high-performance recruitment ecosystem supporting large-scale hiring, leadership acquisition, and workforce optimization.
- HR Operations & Governance: Oversee payroll, compensation, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, POSH, and employee relations.
- Performance & Productivity: Establish KRAs, KPIs, appraisal systems, performance-linked incentives, and workforce productivity benchmarks.
- HR Technology & Automation: Implement enterprise HRMS, recruitment automation, digital workflows, and data-driven HR dashboards.
- Drive leadership development,



succession planning, employee engagement, retention, and a culture of accountability.
- Strengthen workplace governance, grievance redressal, disciplinary processes, and employee training frameworks.

15–20 years of progressive HR experience, including significant senior leadership responsibilities.

- Proven track record as CHRO, Group HR Head, HR Director, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience managing and scaling large, multi-location workforces.
- Robust expertise in HR transformation, high-volume recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and organizational development.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in Fintech, BFSI, NBFC, Financial Services, BPO, or other high-growth, people-intensive organizations preferred.
