Key Responsibilities:
1. Connect with users who have received remedy recommendations from astrologers and guide them through the purchase process.
2. Follow up with interested users, address their concerns, and encourage purchase conversions.
3. Coordinate with astrologers to understand user requirements and explore ways to improve remedy purchase conversions.
4. Assist users with queries related to recommended remedies and provide relevant information to support their purchase decisions.
5. Maintain accurate records of user interactions, follow-ups, and conversions to track performance and identify improvement opportunities. Skill(s) required
