Role Overview Propenu Solutions is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid marketing . The candidate will drive online visibility, generate qualified leads, and optimize marketing campaigns to support business growth.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and LinkedIn .
Manage SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and off-page optimization.
Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, target audiences, and campaign budgets.
Set up and validate conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and advertising platform pixels .
Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
Collaborate with content, design, and website teams to create effective campaign assets.
Coordinate with sales teams to assess lead quality and improve lead-to-customer conversions.




Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering campaign performance, SEO progress, and recommendations.
Required Skills and Experience

- 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong expertise in SEO and paid marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager .
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager .
- Experience using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog .
- Strong understanding of lead generation, marketing funnels, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and optimize budgets based on performance.
- Experience in real estate or property platforms is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta certifications are preferred.
