Must-Have Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of international customer support experience .
Hands-on experience in International Voice Support .
Robust English communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic awareness or experience with AI-powered tools, chatbots, or AI copilots.
Experience handling customer queries across multiple channels.
Domain experience in Banking, FinTech, Insurance, Financial Services, or Crypto is important.
Graduation is mandatory.
Other Requirements
Must be comfortable working from the Hyderabad office five days a week.
Must be comfortable with complete rotational shifts, including weekends.
