This is a field-intensive position requiring:

The Regional Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving regional revenue, overseeing high-ticket clinic acquisitions.
This is a high-impact, field-intensive leadership position requiring a blend of strategic territory planning and hands-on mentorship. The RM ensures that the entire regional team reflects the credibility and sophistication of our premium international brands while maintaining rigorous operational discipline.

Revenue Growth: Take full ownership of regional sales targets, ensuring steady and predictable growth across all territories.(Strategic Planning: Develop and implement regional business plans to improve brand penetration and market share. (Achieve regional financial milestones through structured growth and retention.

Team Supervision & Performance Mentorship (2%)

and visit logs to ensure field discipline and conversion accuracy. (Build a high-performing, self-disciplined sales force.

Key Relationship Management & Acquisition (5%)
VIP Account Management: Personally manage relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), high-profile aesthetic physicians, and key decision-makers. (Acquisition Oversight: Secure long-term loyalty from the region's most influential accounts.

Market Intelligence & Cross-Functional Coordination (5%)
Aggregate competitor pricing, clinical trends, and doctor feedback to provide actionable insights to senior management. (Liaise with Trainers for large-scale CMEs (Continuing Medical Education) and coordinate with logistics/stockists to eliminate supply chain gaps. (Compliance: Ensure the regional team adheres to all corporate reporting, attendance, and grooming standards. (Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required (B Pharm or Science background highly preferred).
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in Dermatology, Aesthetic, or Luxury Skincare sales.
Communication: Exceptional fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory; must be capable of leading high-level scientific and commercial discussions.
Leadership Style: Skilled, composed, and capable of representing high-ticket international brands with maturity.
Travel: High willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region and out of Hyderabad for at least 2 weeks
