The team runs Virtual CFO, Accounting and Taxation, Fundraising, Company Secretarial and Advisory functions for companies across consumer and D2C, food and beverage, fashion, SaaS and financial services, working to a disciplined monthly rhythm rather than year-end scrambles. Clients get their books closed early in the month, a clear read on their cash runway, and a compliance calendar where nothing slips through. Behind every funding round, board meeting and clean compliance record is a company secretary who got the details right. As our Company Secretary, you'll own the secretarial and corporate compliance needs of our founder-led clients, from incorporation and annual filings to the paperwork that closes a fundraise. You'll work closely with founders and our finance team, so you'll see how legal, finance and fundraising fit together in quick-growing companies.





Prepare and file annual and event-based ROC/MCA forms (such as AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC, PAS-3 and others) on time
Handle incorporations, director and shareholder changes, share allotments and transfers, and changes in registered office and capital
Support fundraising: prepare allotment documents, resolutions and cap table updates, and coordinate with founders, investors and legal counsel
Support due diligence and data-room preparation for fundraises and audits
Work with the accounting and tax teams, and advise founders on what is required and when

3 years of experience in company secretarial or corporate compliance work

- Strong working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and MCA/ROC filing processes
- Experience drafting board and shareholder resolutions, minutes and statutory documents
- Experience working with startups or venture-funded companies

Experience with LLP, secretarial audit or due diligence work
Working knowledge of MCA V3 portal and compliance management tools
