We are seeking a customer-focused Travel Customer Support Executive to join our agile team. In this role, you will assist travelers with flight, hotel, and itinerary bookings, cancellations, re-scheduling, and general inquiries via calls, emails, and live chat. If you possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping travelers, we want to hear from you!
Customer Support: Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chat messages from travelers regarding flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa details, and travel packages.
Issue Resolution: Efficiently resolve customer queries, complaints, re-bookings, cancellations, and refund processing in a timely manner.
Travel Guidance: Provide accurate travel advisory information, including policy guidelines, baggage rules, and travel requirements.
Liaise with airlines, hoteliers, and third-party travel vendors to secure modifications or resolve escalated issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ticket status, and feedback in our CRM/database.
Experience: Minimum 4 months of experience in customer support or customer service.
Prior experience in the travel, tourism, or aviation industry (e.g., Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and [Additional Language, e.g.,



Hindi/Regional Language]).
Basic computer knowledge, fast typing speed, and familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends or holidays as per business requirements.
