Role Description This is a full time, on-site Barista role based at Romeo Lane in Ballabgarh. The Barista will prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages, as well as assist with basic food preparation according to company standards and recipes. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating coffee equipment, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the work area, and restocking supplies. The Barista will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and ensure that each guest receives friendly, efficient service. The role also involves working closely with colleagues,



following safety and quality guidelines, and supporting overall store operations as needed.

Candidates should possess Barista skills, including beverage preparation and familiarity with coffee equipment.

Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to provide a positive guest experience.

Candidates should possess basic Food Preparation skills and an understanding of hygiene and safety standards.

Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in a café or restaurant, ability to stand for extended periods, basic math skills for handling payments, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
