The Product Manager identifies growth opportunities through adoption analysis, assesses product potential, and develops commercial strategies, including pricing and offering tiers. The role oversees the product lifecycle—from roadmap prioritization and development tracking to launch and post-launch feedback—while connecting stakeholders, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success. Develop financial models, pricing scenarios, and commercialization strategies.

- Pricing & Commercial Strategy
- Define pricing, packaging, and monetization models; Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and business leaders to optimize commercial models.
- Drive alignment across engineering, UX, customer success, sales, and executive stakeholders.

Work with UX and Engineering to refine solutions and validate technical feasibility.
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, release planning, and product reviews.
Drive onboarding, customer training, and customer success initiatives.

- Track adoption, usage, engagement, retention, and revenue performance.
- Report roadmap progress, product performance, risks,



and opportunities; influence strategy with data-driven recommendations.

Performance & Analytics
• Maintain executive dashboards and lead periodic product performance reviews.

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, or Computer Science; or an MBA with specialization in Product Management.

- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Product Strategy roles.
- Demonstrated experience across business case development, pricing and commercialization, roadmap management, requirements documentation, and go-to-market execution.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving capability.
- Experience with SaaS, digital, or platform products and subscription-based business models.
- Exposure to product analytics tooling and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience managing products across multiple markets, segments, or channel partners.
