Finance Controller - A Product-based Tech Startup, Bengaluru
A leading product-based technology startup is keen to hire a Chartered Accountant with 0-2 years of post-qualification experience to support financial reporting, monthly and annual book closure audits, internal controls, and enterprise risk management. The role offers exposure to financial consolidation, governance, and finance transformation initiatives while working closely with senior leadership and auditors.

Assist in monthly and annual financial closing and preparation of consolidated financial statements as per Ind AS
Review of general ledger, books of accounts and cost analysis for optimisation
Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve open items
Assist in Preparing MIS and reports for audit committee, Board & investors




Coordinate with Statutory & internal auditors for timely closure of audits
Periodic testing & documentation of internal controls, improvement initiatives and coordinating corrective actions
Tracking & updating of the enterprise risk register across business functions
Monitor risk mitigation plans, timelines, ownership & preparation of risk reports
Participate in finance transformation and scale-up initiatives

Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation basics
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
Hands-on learning in controllership finance, audit, and risk functions
Solid foundation for long-term growth into Finance Controller / Risk / Governance roles

Qualified Chartered Accountant
Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience
Working Days: Monday-Friday
Interview Rounds: 2 rounds with the hiring manager technical + 1 round with HR (can be f2f/virtual)
