About the Role We are looking for an experienced and organized Site Manager to support and coordinate engineering and project operations across multiple locations in India.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating between the Head Office, project/site teams, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and management, ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day operations and timely project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day engineering and project operations across Pan-India locations.

Coordinate with Operations manager, engineers, site teams, vendors, and subcontractors.

Track project activities, schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.

Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.

Monitor project progress against planned schedules and highlight delays or deviations.

Follow up with site teams and concerned departments for timely completion of activities.

Coordinate material requirements and follow up with procurement and suppliers.

Maintain project documentation, work orders, purchase orders, delivery records, and operational reports.

Coordinate meetings, site visits preparation, inspections, reviews, and other operational activities.

Site visit with respect to desired locations.

Maintain records of manpower deployment, material movement, equipment utilization, and project progress.

Identify operational issues and escalate critical matters to the Operations Manager.

Support project planning and scheduling using MS Excel and MS Project (MSP).

Ensure proper communication and coordination between Head Office and project locations.

Assist management in improving operational efficiency, productivity, and project execution.





Ensure company processes, quality requirements, and safety procedures are followed.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in engineering operations, project coordination, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Candidates with Pan-India project coordination experience will be preferred.

Required Skills

Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.

Strong written and verbal communication.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Experience in preparing project trackers and management reports.

Knowledge of MS Project (MSP) is preferred.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to coordinate multiple projects and locations.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work with engineers, site teams, vendors, and senior management.

Willingness to travel to project locations across India when required.
