Nexus Automation Solutions is looking for a motivated PLC Programmer to join our automation engineering team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and support PLC, SCADA, and HMI-based control systems for industrial automation projects, working closely with cross-functional teams and customers to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions.

Lead the design of PLC systems, SCADA systems, and HMIs.
Optimize program logic and algorithms to achieve desired system performance and functionality.
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, technical discussions, and project updates.
Conduct testing and validation procedures to verify system performance and reliability.
Manage automation projects from inception to completion, including project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior automation engineers and technicians.
Serve as a subject matter expert in automation technologies, providing guidance to project teams.
Develop and execute testing procedures to validate functionality, performance,



and reliability of automation systems.
Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) to ensure system compliance with customer requirements.

Bachelor's / Diploma degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.

- 1–3 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation (freshers with robust fundamentals in PLC Programming are also welcome to apply).
- Hands-on knowledge of PLC platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Schneider, Mitsubishi, or Delta.
- Familiarity with SCADA and HMI development software.
- Basic knowledge of electrical panel design and control wiring is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for site commissioning, FAT/SAT, and customer visits as required.

Prior exposure to project management in an automation/manufacturing environment.
Experience mentoring junior engineers or technicians.
Knowledge of proof-of-concept/prototype development for automation solutions.
