Understand legal concepts deeply, not just the case law around them

- Write and speak clear, exact, persuasive English
- Take an outcome and deliver it with minimal supervision
- Are curious about how law firms are run as businesses, not just about the law

Lawyers with 0–3 years of post-qualification experience
