Position: International Customer Service & Sales Representative
Location: Bopal, Ahmedabad
Work Mode: Full-time | On-site
Process: USA & UK Voice Process
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in international markets.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Present products and services effectively to customers.
Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Enhance customer experience and encourage repeat business.
Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.
Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
Qualification & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management,
or a related field.
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
Experience in International Sales / International Voice Process / Customer Service will be preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Customer service and relationship management skills.
Strong customer-focused approach.
Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Candidate Preferences
Local candidates from Ahmedabad and nearby areas will be preferred.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Candidates must be comfortable working full-time, on-site at Bopal, Ahmedabad.
Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts , to support USA & UK markets.
