Role Description The Senior Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, OH. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term strategic partnerships in the pharmaceutical manufacturing and franchising space.



The Senior Business Development Executive will track market trends, prepare business proposals, maintain key account relationships, and provide regular performance reports to leadership.

Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Business strategy.

Candidates should possess solid Account Management and client relationship management skills.

Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries is highly preferred.

Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, ideally in manufacturing or contract services.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is desirable.
