As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering a best-in-class hiring experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. Acting as the operational backbone of the Talent Acquisition function, you will ensure the seamless execution of recruitment activities, maintain data accuracy, drive process excellence, and support talent acquisition initiatives that enable Baxter to attract and hire top talent efficiently.

Initiate and track background verification (BGV) processes, proactively following up with candidates, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely closure and issue resolution.
Provide relocation coordination and support for domestic hires, partnering with vendors and internal teams to facilitate a seamless transition.
Partner closely with HR, Hiring Managers, and candidates to deliver a positive onboarding experience from offer acceptance through joining.
Monitor post-offer progress, proactively identifying and mitigating potential onboarding risks to support successful candidate conversions and start dates.

Recruitment Coordination & Candidate Experience
Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and candidates to coordinate interview schedules and manage recruitment logistics.
Arrange interview logistics, including meeting rooms,



virtual meeting details, travel arrangements, candidate materials, and technology support.
Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive, professional, and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Systems, Process Excellence & Project Support
Participate in continuous improvement projects.
Support talent attraction and employer branding initiatives, including employee referral campaigns and talent marketing activities.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

- 4+ yrs experience in TA coordination
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and online administrative tools
- Experienced user of MS packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience within Human Resources preferred
