AppVersal is hiring an experienced, hands-on Head of Paid Marketing to lead paid acquisition across 33 owned apps and our SaaS business .
We are looking for someone with substantial experience managing and scaling campaigns across multiple companies, products, and markets—with proven results and deep technical knowledge of attribution, tracking, and conversion optimisation.

Manage and scale Meta app campaigns across our portfolio of 33 owned apps, from testing creatives and audiences to budget allocation and profitability.
Lead Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta campaigns to generate qualified leads, demos, and paying customers.
Measurement: Own campaign tracking, attribution, event implementation, reporting, and troubleshooting alongside our development teams.
Performance: Extensive hands-on experience scaling Meta app acquisition campaigns across multiple apps and companies.
Robust working knowledge of AppsFlyer , SDK integrations, in-app events, attribution windows, and event mapping to advertising platforms.




Complete understanding of deep linking and deferred deep linking , including implementation and troubleshooting.
Experience optimising campaigns beyond installs—for registrations, purchases, subscriptions, and other revenue-driving events.
Proven experience managing Google, LinkedIn, and Meta advertising for SaaS businesses.
Hands-on knowledge of Meta Pixel and Conversions API, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads conversion tracking, GA4, and Google Tag Manager .
Experience connecting website and product events with advertising platforms, configuring conversion actions, and validating tracking.
Understanding of CRM integrations, offline conversion imports, lead qualification, and attribution from ad click through to revenue.
