Hiring: Account Manager
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage client relationships, drive customer satisfaction, oversee service delivery, and identify growth opportunities across assigned accounts.

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.

- Coordinate with internal delivery, operations, sales, and leadership teams.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, renewals, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Support proposals and strategic initiatives for existing accounts.
- Monitor service delivery against agreed SLAs, KPIs, quality, and timelines.
- Track account financials, including billing, collections, profitability, and forecasting.
- Conduct regular business reviews and prepare account performance reports.
- Maintain accurate account documentation and records.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.




- 5–7 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or project management.
- Experience in a services-based organization preferred.
- Proven experience managing enterprise clients and complex service delivery engagements.
- Strong understanding of business operations, financial metrics, and contract management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
