Key Responsibilities ● Design high-quality creatives for social media (posts, carousels, stories), blogs, ads, presentations, and digital campaigns.

- Create brand-aligned assets across marketing, internal branding, hiring, and client-facing touchpoints.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to align visuals with messaging and campaign goals.
- Adapt and repurpose templates across formats while maintaining consistency and design hygiene.
- Stay updated on visual trends, digital aesthetics, and evolving social media formats (e.g.,



Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery with strong creative quality.

Requirements ● 1–4 years of experience in graphic design agency, freelance, or in-house.

- A strong portfolio that reflects positive aesthetic judgment and experience in digital-first content.
- Proficiency in one or more design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign is preferred.
- Strong grasp of design fundamentals layout, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy.

Nice to Have ● Familiarity with social media formats (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and ad design best practices.

- Experience creating or working with brand guidelines or design systems.
- Presentation design skills (Google Slides, PowerPoint, pitch decks).
- Interest or exposure to motion graphics, animation tools (After Effects, Adobe Express, or similar).
- Awareness of UI/UX or basic web layout understanding is a plus.
