About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with 12+ years in software engineering and architecture, specializing in FinTech solutions, Spring Boot, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong pedigree in designing scalable systems, leading technical teams, and building products from scratch in the financial domain.Key Responsibilities:- Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance FinTech applications.- Lead technical strategy, solution design, and implementation across multiple projects.- Drive adoption of Spring Boot microservices architecture and modern DevOps practices.- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to align technology with business goals.- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data security, and industry standards.- Mentor engineering teams, conduct code reviews,



and enforce best practices.- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption for innovation in FinTech solutions.- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and automation frameworks.Required Skills & Experience:- 12+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture.- Proven expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.).- Strong background in FinTech / Banking / Financial Services domain.- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).- Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and security protocols.- Solid problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.- Experience in building and scaling products from scratch.Education:- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Advanced certifications in cloud, DevOps, or architecture frameworks preferred.
