Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior/Lead UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in user interface design, user experience research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.Total Experience: 5 - 10 yearsKey Responsibilities:- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to understand user needs.- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and design guidelines.- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.- Ensure consistency in design, accessibility, responsiveness,



and usability across platforms.- Translate business requirements into effective user-centered design solutions.- Incorporate user feedback and analytics to continuously improve product experiences.- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.Required Skills:- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.- Strong knowledge of user interface and user experience design principles.- Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.- Understanding of user research, usability testing, and interaction design.- Knowledge of responsive web design and mobile application design.- Strong visual design, typography, layout, and color theory skills.- Experience working with cross-functional teams.- Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- A portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design projects is preferred.
